Pack Your Items
Securely pack your unwashed and unworn items in their original packaging, ensuring all BlackMilk tags remain attached.
Label and Post
Download your prepaid shipping label from the portal, affix it to your parcel, and drop it off at your nearest authorized postal location.
Processing and Refund
Once our warehouse team receives and inspects your return, we will process your refund or store credit within 5-7 business days.
